Bachelor of Allied Health/Masters in Podiatric Practice
Pilates Instructor (APMA Trained)
Australian Athlete & World Championship representative in Aerobic Gymnastics
I first began Pilates in 2006 as a school girl and elite gymnast, as a method to manage my body and balance out the hours of training in the gym. I developed an early passion for the profession and always knew I would end up in the allied health industry.
Throughout my teenage years, I coached swimming nearby at the PLC aquatic centre before moving across to coach gymnastics, which I now coach at a National level. I am is recognised as an Advanced Aerobic Gymnastics Coach and Intermediate Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach by Gymnastics Australia. Throughout my personal career, I represent Australia in Aerobic Gymnastics over six consecutive years, winning the Senior International Australian Title. My highlights include representing Australia at the 2014 and 2018 World Championships and being awarded Gymnastics Australia Senior International Athlete of the Year on three occasions.
I graduated from LaTrobe University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice, and has since been gaining valuable experience in two private practices across Melbourne. In 2017, I obtained my Pilates instructor qualification, as recognised by the Australian Pilates Method Association.
I thoroughly enjoys sharing my knowledge with my clients, working with athletes and anyone with the passion to better themselves. I endeavour to educate those around me about the benefits of Pilates based activities in reducing the risk of injury, increasing mobility and developing sound neuromuscular patterns.
